This Sunday, the ladies want to welcome as many newbies to the club as possible. Whether you live in SG and fancy trying something new, or have just arrived and looking for a great group to join, SGL could be for you. It's 'bring a friend' this Sunday, so if you know someone in the club, get them to bring you down to 'SCC Dempsey', or if you aren't sure you know anyone, rest assured, there will be plenty of newbies in a similar boat to you.

10:30 - 11:00am: Start the day trying Camogie, the girls camogie team will be meeting at 10:30 to introduce the sport to anyone who fancies picking up a hurl. All equipment will be provided.

11:00am - 13:00pm: Gaelic football training.

13:00 onwards: BBQ and beers at Dempsey Clubhouse - bring cash!

Whilst the lads haven't started training yet, all are welcome at the BBQ from 1pm onwards.
